CloudWave has appointed Scott Brown to its Board of Directors. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Meaning.Team, and brings a wealth of experience in the CX industry and a proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies.




In his current role at Meaning.Team, Scott oversees the Go-To-Market strategy for Meaning's generative AI capabilities, focusing on enhancing conversational fluency. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of Sales and Go-To-Market for Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio.


Scott's career includes impactful roles such as the Senior Vice President and Head of Cisco's Worldwide Collaboration Sales and Go-To-Market teams and also played a crucial role in building and growing Amazon Web Services (AWS) Productivity Applications portfolio, including Amazon Chime and Amazon Connect.
